Supported by China's Ministry of Science and Technology, WINRICH—led by parent company SOHO HOLLY and in collaboration with Jiangsu-based universities and research institutes—has launched a full-chain automation and intelligence transformation for pencil manufacturing through its Nanjing R&D Center. Integrating IoT-enabled production monitoring, AI-powered quality inspection, and digital twin-driven process simulation, the initiative spans raw material selection, precision processing, coating, and packaging. Smart sensors enable real-time data collection, while intelligent solutions foster seamless connectivity across production, warehousing, and logistics. With a clear roadmap, WINRICH aims to fully deploy its intelligent manufacturing ecosystem across all production bases within 5 years, setting a new benchmark for efficiency, quality, and sustainability in the global stationery industry.

WINRICH has officially entered into a strategic cooperation with the China National Institute of Standardization (CNIS). Building on its existing Nanjing Product Quality Inspection Center, the company will add high-standard product inspection branches at core production bases in Qingdao, Zibo, Jinan, Tianjin, and other key cities. Equipped with a full set of internationally advanced inspection equipment, each center will implement end-to-end quality control covering raw materials, packaging materials, and final products.
